    i have 40 years experince ranked 8thdan kyoshi ive think i seem them all you willbenifit from this dvd.if your a beginner or 4th thru 3 kyu you can still benifit.every thing comes from basic.if your just getting into isshin ryu or switchingover from another system this first dvd ,will get you on the right path.thanks kyoshi phtaylor matsubayashiryu okinawa tomariryu amen.

    I was dissappoointed with this dvd. There are so many different types of martial arts. If you are getting this to supplement something you are currently taking, make sure it is the correct form.
