I realize it may seem silly to review a jump rope but this thing is the bomb. I do a boxer’s workout and have been searching high and low for a “fast” airweight jumprope to replace the clunky plastic jobs at my gym, which seem to be designed for Middle Earth dwarves or people with cement buckets on their feet. I bought a wood-handled rope jumper from Everlast and a very expensive rubber-and-plastic rope from a sporting goods store and found both ofthem to be too heavy and too slow to build up a good rhythm. This rope is light and whip-fast; it moves as quick as you want it to and the resulting cardio workout is excellent. My first session with this bad boy had my calves and thighs feeling like I just jogged up Mount Everest. So: if you are looking for an inexpensive rope that can produce an excellent workout, look no further.

Delivered as described but wasn’t the color of the picture, got pink instead of blue. Still works great, buy if you need a speed rope regardless of color.
