I have been a chinese martial arts and kickboxing practitioner for around 5 years now and I bought this bag to use at home for combo drills and workouts. I guess I should have seen it coming but the stand snapped just above the base during my second workout. I train to generate power which means I don’t tap the bag, I actually hit it. So if you plan to use the bag for anything other than basic cardio work, don’t bother.
