We have the most awesome Kickboxing Program in Mississauga. Our teachers are trained in Muay Tai. We apply the original techniques of Kickboxing into a Cardio program designed to lose weight. The result naturally create tone. We have one of the largest followings of Tae Kwon Do in Mississauga. Our Kick Boxing is one hour in length. The kickboxing classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Oakville and Mississauga. Our Oakville Kickboxing is one Monday and Thursday evenings. We have a large gym that we use for exercise. It is completely padded as it is used for Karate. The mats are tatami sized. That is actually a measurement in Asia. The origins of Kick Boxing are Muay Tai. It is believed that a Japanese Martial Artist developed Kick Boxing in the 1960′s.

The classes are on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s in the evenings. We only have woman participate. That is to create an environment where a level of comfort is reached. The intense physical workout involves a lot of sweat, woman only is a way to have everyone maintain comfort. Muay Tai is a great basic structure to base our Kick Boxing Program on.

We have a great sound system to have music played. The music creates a room that encourages the participants to do a little extra. That will result in a few extra calories lost. We have wave master punching stations that are placed on the mats. They enable punches and kicks with out contact. You must get gloves to do your punches. The glove come in three sizes. The most common is medium. It can fit tight until you break into it. Then it gets larger, kind of like jeans!

Losing weight can be very satisfying. You sleep better and can function in a way that is enjoyable. I improves your health. So it is a must do. Cardio Kick Boxing is recommended be our Tae Kwon Do teachers a add on to the Martial Art classes that we offer. We start you off slowly. Don’t be concerned to start in a state of fitness that is less than admirable. We will get you into shape. It is what we do. Cardio Kick Boxing is the best friend a woman can have. Cardio is a term that describes an activity which helps you heart. We recommend that you attend both classes to get the best results. Most woman can see the difference within eight weeks, from when they start. If you start Karate, you will have the benefits of both programs. We can assist in offering a nutritional list of what can help loss weight. Weight loss is the primary reason to do Cardio. It is one of the best woman’s activities available.
